DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Our aim is to design products of timeless simplicity that can be customised to sit harmoneously with architect designed buildings and landscapes.

CUSTOMISATION AND BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICES

All our products can be customised in dimensions and colour and we work with architects to produce optimum solutions. Jennifer Newman is acknowledged as being a colour expert ( see Onoffice magazine April 2009 ) and will advise customers personally if required. We also work with architects and clients to produce unique bespoke products for individual projects ( see Studio Trolley in Products ). We provide sketches and drawings and we provide prototypes to order.

MATERIALS AND STRUCTURE

We specialise in polyester powder-coated aluminium but also work with stainless steel and phosphotised mild steel. All our products designed to be all-welded, but de-mountable versions are available ( please note that bolted joints make products less easy to clean in outside environments ). Our rectangular tables are designed stucturally to have low torsional resistance, allowing all four legs to sit down on uneven ground.

SUSTAINABILITY

Although our products have relatively high embedded energy, their timeless design, in-built durability, and local manufacture give them strong sustainability credentials. In addition, the powder-coated products can be re-powder-coated at any time in the future creating virtual new products with very little CO2 production,

MANUFACTURE

All our products are made by specialist UK producers with expert welding and laser cutting facilities. Each specialist has back-up resources providing strong security of supply.

QUALITY AND WARRANTY

Our main products have been certified by the FIRA as satisfying BS-EN 581 for structural integrity and safety in use, for both domestic and contract use. Our strong relationship with FIRA ensures that tests on new products can be carried out quickly. We provide a 5 year warranty for material and workmanship with all products.

DELIVERY TIMES AND GUARANTEE

Delivery is normally under 6 weeks for small projects and 8 weeks for large projects. We provide a delivery guarantee with all our final quotations, in which we suffer a financial penalty should we fail to meet our delivery obligations.

PRICES AND QUOTATIONS

Since we supply directly to customers, our prices for hand-made high quality products are attractive to most customers seeking individuality. We will provide definitive fixed price quotations ( open for 3 months ), generally within 24 hours following finalisation of product details.

We only have one price structure and do not provide trade discounts. Discounts for quantity will be applied to all our quotations.
