Quotations
For standard products and sizes, firm quotations are provided within 24 hours. For customised or bespoke products, up to one week will be required to respond following clarification of all the customer's requirements.
Design Collaboration

The Studio has considerable experience in the choice of colour and texture of products to suit particular design situations. If brought in early on a project the most value can be added since the furniture can then become a fully integrated part of the design concept and philosophy. Collaboration is the key to success and the Studio will work with designers and architects to meet budget targets.
Customisation
Within practical and techical limits, designs can be customised to suit particular requirements for dimensions, finishes and colour. In addition, materials or finishes that are not part of the normal palette for the products will be considered. A recent example of this was when a lino finish was used successfully on Angle tables for the first time following a request by designers MoreySmith for tables for the the London HQ of Ove Arup Partners International.
Bespoke Products and Prototypes
Bespoke products can be designed in situations where designers identify particular needs not being met by available Jennifer Newman products or the marketplace in general. Sketches and indicative costs are provided and prototypes are then made for approval. An example of this process is when the Creative Trolley was designed especially for the Fashion and Textiles Department of Bath Spa University. The result was a mobile storage unit designed to hold all the materials and portfolios for students.
